We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team on a part-time/on-call basis in Gapan City, Nueva Ecija.

Your responsibilities will include understanding client beauty goals, demonstrating products, and providing personalized solutions that build trust and loyalty. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and engage with customers to identify their skincare, makeup, and beauty needs.
- Provide expert product recommendations and demonstrate product usage effectively.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain deep knowledge of current product lines, promotions, and beauty trends.
- Ensure the sales floor is impeccably clean, organized, and visually merchandised.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Develop a loyal clientele through exceptional service and follow-up communication.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve a positive and productive work environment.
Kualifikasi
- At least Senior High School graduate; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or luxury goods sector.
- Passion for the beauty industry with eagerness to constantly learn about new products and techniques.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
- Must be willing to work in person at our Gapan City, Nueva Ecija location.
