Are you a meticulous bookkeeper looking to support a dynamic Entertainment Industry based in Australia? We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team in Manila. This is a unique opportunity to manage financial operations for an international client while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. You will act as the financial backbone for the company, ensuring accurate records, timely payments, and full compliance with Australian tax obligations.
Our ideal candidate is proficient in Xero and understands the specific nuances of BAS (Business Activity Statements) for Australian entities. You will bridge the gap between our local operations and our Australian headquarters, providing clear financial insights and maintaining a smooth cash flow.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bank reconciliations and general ledger entries using Xero.
- Process supplier and customer payments efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS) and monthly payroll reports.
- Ensure accurate financial record keeping and audit trails.
- Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting.
- Reconcile credit card statements and bank accounts.
- Communicate effectively with the Australian team regarding financial discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience using Xero accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of Australian taxation laws and BAS requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
