ConnectOS is seeking a meticulous and experienced Part-time Bookkeeper to join our remote team supporting US-based clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable/receivable, general ledgers, and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax withholdings and compliance with US regulations
- Prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports)
- Manage vendor relationships and process accounts payable transactions
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement and improve accounting systems and internal controls
- Collaborate with US-based accounting teams to resolve financial discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 4+ years of proven bookkeeping or accounting support experience
- Hands-on experience with US accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP principles and tax compliance requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
