Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with product inquiries and selections.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to educate customers on features, benefits, and usage.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store by ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, and clean.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and restocking merchandise as needed.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and loyalty program participation.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high store standards.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to handle cash transactions.
- Reliable transportation to reach the Setapak location.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Must be available for a minimum of 3-4 days per week.
