Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and provide personalized recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock shelves and ensure product displays are organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally and courteously.
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly report stock shortages to the supervisor.
- Maintain a tidy and safe sales floor to uphold our brand standards.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, loyalty programs, and new arrivals.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and positive demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts as required.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
