Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with product inquiries.
- Actively promote promotions, member benefits, and new arrivals to drive sales.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Perform regular inventory checks and replenish stock as needed.
- Handle product inquiries with knowledge of health, beauty, and wellness trends.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly store sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be energetic, punctual, and highly reliable.
