- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to all shoppers
- Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed and priced
- Participate in inventory management and stock reconciliation
- Assist with promotional activities and special store events
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
