Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and offering personalized product recommendations.
- Assist with daily store operations, including inventory checks, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately process cash and card transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and strong math skills for cash handling.
- Enthusiastic about the beauty and wellness industry.
