- Deliver exceptional customer service through product recommendations and inquiries resolution
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently with accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Manage inventory including stock replenishment, display maintenance, and stocktaking
- Uphold visual merchandising standards to enhance store aesthetics and product visibility
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policy
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Basic numeracy and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude with customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
