Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns while maintaining excellent service standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions
- Restock shelves, manage inventory, and ensure store presentation meets visual merchandising guidelines
- Monitor store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming shopping environment
- Participate in promotional campaigns and product launches to drive sales
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and operational goals
- Report stock discrepancies and maintenance issues to store management
- Adhere to company policies on safety, security, and customer privacy
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Friendly, approachable personality with a customer-focused mindset
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and inventory
