Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product inquiries, recommendations, and transaction processing
- Maintain store cleanliness, organized displays, and optimal product availability
- Operate POS systems efficiently while handling cash transactions accurately
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and stock-taking activities
- Actively participate in promotional campaigns and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Report operational issues to store management for timely resolution
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with strong communication skills
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin beneficial for diverse clientele
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn POS systems quickly
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
