- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and providing knowledgeable information about merchandise.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean and tidy sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure promotional displays and signage are updated and in good condition.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or damages to the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
