Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, providing recommendations and advice.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales.
- Ensure the store shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shift.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as required.
- Upsell and cross-sell beauty products to maximize sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people from all walks of life.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Detail-oriented and able to stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for POS operations.
