Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product recommendations, inquiries handling, and personalized shopping assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and manage cash handling procedures
- Execute visual merchandising tasks to maintain attractive product displays and store aesthetics
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment, shelf organization, and inventory checks
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and contribute to achieving store targets
- Assist with store operations including opening/closing procedures and security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily store functions
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with approachable demeanor
- Basic knowledge of health and beauty products advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude with problem-solving capabilities
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
