Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and professional demeanor.
- Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and answer detailed inquiries regarding skincare, health, and wellness items.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales transactions accurately and handle payments.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure product signage is up-to-date to maintain an appealing store layout.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stockroom areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and identifying low-stock items for replenishment.
- Build lasting relationships with regular customers and up-sell relevant products to enhance the shopping experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification is preferred; secondary school certificate holders are also welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
