Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting them with product inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Assist in stock replenishment, ensuring shelves are well-organized and merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including the fitting room and sales floor.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals.
Kualifikasi
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not strictly required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a POS system.
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a positive work ethic.
