Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to shoppers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate POS systems, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with stocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Answer customer inquiries about products, promotions, and store policies
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation activities
- Follow safety and security protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS systems
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping others
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
