Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with their health, beauty, and wellness needs.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves and organize product displays to ensure high visibility and attractive store presentation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by offering product recommendations and advice.
- Handle cash transactions with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma qualification.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail software.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
