Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Replenish merchandise on shelves and display areas to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information and recommendations.
- Assist with store cleaning, organizing, and visual merchandising.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM/SPMV holders are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy (familiarity with POS systems is an advantage).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
