- Deliver exceptional customer service through product recommendations and inquiries resolution
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist in inventory management including stock replenishment and display organization

Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn POS systems
- Positive attitude with customer-centric approach
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout shifts
