Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries regarding health, beauty, and wellness products.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash transactions and processing returns efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure product displays are neat, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment in accordance with company standards.
- Advise customers on product usage, ingredients, and promotions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Enthusiasm for retail and a genuine interest in health and beauty products.
