Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the store, providing a friendly and helpful shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and providing knowledgeable recommendations on health, wellness, and beauty items.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales transactions efficiently and handle cash payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure products are displayed neatly and according to company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily sales targets and store promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V or equivalent qualification.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not strictly required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- A friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
