Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the store, providing a friendly and helpful shopping experience.
  • Assist customers in locating products and providing knowledgeable recommendations on health, wellness, and beauty items.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales transactions efficiently and handle cash payments.
  • Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure products are displayed neatly and according to company standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and professionalism.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment throughout the shift.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily sales targets and store promotions.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/SPM-V or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not strictly required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
  • A friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
