As a Customer Assistant, you will be the face of Watsons, helping our customers discover the best products for their health and beauty needs. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide a high level of customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with product inquiries.
  • Efficiently manage the checkout process, including cashiering and handling various payment methods.
  • Ensure products are well-stocked, neatly organized, and correctly labeled on the shelves.
  • Actively promote Watsons' membership cards and current store promotions to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor stock levels and perform regular inventory checks, including managing expiry dates.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store at all times.
  • Assist with the setup of marketing displays and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.

Kualifikasi

  • Possess a minimum of SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin or local dialects is a significant advantage for the Penang market.
  • A friendly, outgoing personality with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Flexible and willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Prior experience in retail or a customer-facing role is an added advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward work.
