Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Assist customers in locating products and offer knowledgeable recommendations regarding health, beauty, and lifestyle items.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter using the point-of-sale system.
  • Restock shelves and displays to ensure merchandise is attractively presented and easily accessible.
  • Organize the store layout and maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment for shoppers and staff.
  • Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with patience and a focus on resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation to ensure product freshness and availability.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/Malaysian Certificate or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Basic computer literacy and strong numeracy skills for handling transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse customers.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting when required.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and evenings as part of the retail schedule.
