Are you looking for a flexible part-time opportunity to kickstart your career in retail? Watsons Malaysia, the leading health and beauty retailer, is searching for an energetic and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Assistant to join our retail team at the Jade Hills, Kajang store.

As a Customer Assistant, you will represent the friendly face of Watsons, guiding customers to find the perfect health, beauty, and personal care solutions. This role is highly suited for students, school leavers, or anyone seeking a dynamic work environment with flexible shift options. You will gain hands-on experience in retail operations, customer service, and inventory management within a highly supportive global organization.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly greet customers and assist them with product inquiries, promotions, and locating items store-wide.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, processing cash, card, and e-wallet transactions accurately.
  • Actively promote Watsons VIP membership card and highlight current in-store marketing campaigns and discounts.
  • Assist with replenishment, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, correctly labeled, and organized according to merchandising standards.
  • Perform daily inventory checks, monitor product expiry dates, and report low stock levels to the Store Manager.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene across the sales floor and cashier counters.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; energetic school leavers and college/university students are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a vibrant, helpful, and customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work on a flexible shift roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and daily cash balancing.
  • Prior experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage but not required, as comprehensive training is provided.
  • Conversational fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; multilingual ability is highly preferred.
