Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and selections
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and organized shelves
- Support inventory management including stock replenishment and stocktaking
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer experience
- Assist with promotional campaigns and visual merchandising tasks
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Customer service oriented with friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
