Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing exceptional service and assistance throughout their shopping journey.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring receipts and change are handled correctly.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store by ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, and well-presented.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Kualifikasi
- A friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn new POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
