Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with product inquiries and selections.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Ensure store shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing according to merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment to minimize stockouts.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and hygienic store environment, including fitting rooms and product display areas.
- Assist with promotional activities, sampling, and merchandising displays to drive product awareness.
- Handle cash transactions with attention to detail and adhere to cash handling policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma, STPM, or SPM qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and a positive attitude towards learning new products.
