In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience while maintaining the high standards of the Watsons brand.

As a Customer Assistant, you will support the store operations, assist customers with their queries, and contribute to a friendly and efficient work atmosphere. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable retail experience in one of Selangor's busiest shopping centers. You will play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing product knowledge and a welcoming environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a high level of customer service.
- Assist customers in locating products and providing accurate product recommendations.
- Restock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards to keep the store appealing.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for cash handling and transactions.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and tidy at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and store objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV qualification or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for operating the POS system.
- Highly motivated and able to work well within a team.
