Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly and assisting them with product selections and inquiries.
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure the store is organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales transactions and handle cash efficiently.
- Stay informed about current product promotions, ingredients, and new arrivals to answer customer questions effectively.
- Clean and organize the store aisles, fitting rooms, and service counters to meet company standards.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new point-of-sale systems quickly.
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and personal care products is highly desirable.
