Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing exceptional service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting products by answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process cash, credit, and other payment methods accurately.
- Restock shelves and display products attractively to maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with professionalism and patience.
- Stay informed about ongoing promotions, sales events, and product knowledge to better assist shoppers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level education.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and handling cash.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Prior experience with POS systems is a plus.
