Tanggung Jawab
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product selection and inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions, handle returns, and manage payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Ensure promotional displays are set up correctly and attractively to drive sales.
- Inform customers about loyalty programs and encourage membership sign-ups.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate them to the store manager when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 5kg).
