Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly smile, providing product recommendations and advice.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales and returns.
- Ensure product displays are well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor, including fitting rooms and product aisles.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding promotions, membership programs, and product ingredients.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service.
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise.
