Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly, answering inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Replenish shelves and displays to ensure products are well-merchandised and easily accessible.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the management team for inventory needs.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in cash handling and record-keeping.
