Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a superior level of customer service.
- Assist customers in locating products and providing knowledgeable recommendations on beauty and health items.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Restock shelves and displays to ensure the store remains organized and visually appealing at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile the cash register at the end of the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stocktaking activities as required.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting shopping environment for all customers.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM/SPM-V certificate holder.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
