In this role, you will be the friendly face of Watsons, assisting shoppers in finding the right products, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless shopping journey. You will also be responsible for maintaining store presentation, managing stock levels, and handling cashier duties. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and provide professional recommendations.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Restock shelves and arrange merchandise to ensure optimal product visibility.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Support in maintaining the overall appearance and hygiene of the store.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and previous retail experience is an advantage.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic about learning new products and services.
