Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations on health, beauty, and wellness products.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Restock shelves, organize product displays, and ensure the store remains clean and visually appealing at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team to manage stock rotation and replenishment.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to enhance the customer shopping experience and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with a diverse range of customers.
