Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in finding products that meet their health and beauty needs.
- Provide professional advice on product features, benefits, and current promotions.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and visual merchandising.
- Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and organizing storage areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
- Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns within the store.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, though entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Energetic personality with a genuine interest in health and beauty products.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and inventory records.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing store operational needs.
