Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restock merchandise and ensure product displays are neat, clean, and attractively arranged.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and receiving new shipments.
- Stay updated on current store promotions, loyalty program benefits, and new product arrivals.
- Maintain high standards of store hygiene and safety in accordance with company policies.
- Support the store manager in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth store functionality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a cheerful and service-oriented attitude.
- Able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a keen interest in health and beauty products.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or other local dialects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic retail team.
- Basic computer literacy for system operations.
