Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in locating products on shelves and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked to ensure an inviting shopping environment.
- Restock merchandise and ensure product displays are visually appealing and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently and courteously.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM (Secondary School Certificate) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for operating the POS system.
- Positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for retail.
