As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our valued customers. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, recommending skincare and wellness products, and ensuring the store meets the highest standards of visual merchandising. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with product selections and inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Assist in restocking shelves and ensuring product availability on the sales floor.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS systems quickly.
- Enthusiastic about health, beauty, and retail trends.
