Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with product inquiries.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are properly labeled with current pricing.
- Keep up to date with current promotions, discounts, and member rewards programs.
- Assist in inventory management and stock checking processes.
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming store atmosphere at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Open to students, school leavers, or individuals seeking part-time employment.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak additional dialects is an advantage.
- Energetic, reliable, and punctual individual.
