Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, providing expert recommendations on health and beauty products.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, including shelf stocking, display arrangement, and cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep up-to-date with current promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and new product launches to inform customers effectively.
- Manage inventory levels and alert supervisors to low stock or near-expiry items.
- Ensure the store environment remains safe and organized for all shoppers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Possess a friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating hours.
- Demonstrated punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to learn about health and beauty trends and products.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting duties.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
