In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will assist with product recommendations, manage inventory, and ensure the store maintains the high standards Watsons is known for. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries and offering product advice.
- Assist with daily store operations, including stock replenishment and shelf organization.
- Operate the point of sale system accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Engage with customers to promote loyalty programs and special promotions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- At least SPM/STPM/Diploma holders or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Enthusiastic about health, wellness, and beauty products.
