As a Customer Assistant, you will be the face of our brand. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience by providing expert product advice, maintaining store aesthetics, and assisting with daily operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide expert product recommendations based on customer needs regarding health, skincare, and beauty products.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and ensure products are attractively displayed (merchandising).
- Manage stock replenishment, including receiving new inventory and updating price tags.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions and handle payments.
- Assist in promotional activities and store events to drive sales targets.
- Adhere to Watsons operational standards and safety guidelines at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin (added advantage).
- Energetic, reliable, and possess a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A genuine interest in health, beauty, and wellness trends.
- Well-groomed and professional personal presentation.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
