Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their product inquiries and needs
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process sales transactions accurately
- Manage and maintain store inventory, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presents a welcoming environment
- Assist in the implementation of promotional activities and campaigns
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required
- Previous retail experience is an advantage but not required
