Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service, including product inquiries, recommendations, and transaction processing
- Assist in maintaining store presentation through proper merchandising and visual standards
- Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and cycle counting
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Actively participate in team activities to achieve sales targets
- Adhere to company policies, health & safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
