Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, providing expert advice on health and beauty items.
- Ensure merchandise displays are well-organized, attractive, and fully stocked at all times.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Handle inventory management, including receiving stock, shelf replenishment, and regular stock checks.
- Promote ongoing store promotions, loyalty programs, and new product launches to maximize sales.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly store sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak Malay and English fluently.
- A friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Energetic and proactive with a positive attitude towards learning.
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and retail POS systems is a plus.
