Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on health and beauty products.
- Drive sales and achieve targets by actively promoting Watsons products, brand promotions, and membership programs.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash and card transactions accurately.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, neatly arranged, and priced correctly according to company guidelines.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and displaying incoming stock shipments.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
- Adhere to all company policies, including health, safety, and security procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous, but fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Available to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for serving customers.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Malaysian citizen or holder of a valid work permit for Malaysia.
