Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, providing expert advice on health and beauty items.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory organization according to company standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Restock shelves promptly to ensure product availability and optimal shelf presence.
- Actively promote ongoing store promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns to drive sales.
- Support the store management team with ad-hoc operational tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health protocols within the retail environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Possess a friendly personality and excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, though entry-level candidates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
